Milk Hill – Wiltshire. Tuesday 31st August

A short trip over the border brings Alan to his next top – Milk Hill in Wiltshire. The county of Wiltshire is famous for some spectacular sights such as Stonehenge. The highest county top in the region has long since been up for debate, with many people claiming that Tan Hill was in fact the highest. An Ordnance Survey team using the latest global positioning equipment awarded the honour to Milk Hill last year. Milk Hill stands at 294 meters and can be reached very easily from a car park that is located just off the surrounding road.
